I bought the evenflo select comfort to use along with breastfeeding my 6 month old. She has started eating solids and our pediatrician recommended that we get her use to drinking out of a cup with her meals as she is exclusively breastfed. I had the medela pump in style for use with my firstborn that wouldn't take to latching on, it was perfect for my everyday every 3-4 hr pumping sesions but i needed something smaller and portable for the once a day pumping sessions with my 2nd child. The medela, with it's cord and tubing was too much of a hassle, trying to breastfeed and pump at the same time with it was too much, i was always messing with the tubes and I had to stay in one place. So i looked on-line for a cordless, tubeless, non-manual product and came across the comfort select, after reading the mixed reviews i decided to give it a try. Much to my amazment it did just as good a job as my medela with only using the batteries! I also found it to be less noisey then my medela, which i was suprised b/c everyone complained about how loud it is, it does make a loud noise but was not a nucence to us in fact it lulled my daughter to sleep(added bonus!). I would recommend this product to anyone, but you must read the directions b/c the assembly is tricky it must lock into plac
